How does the DriveAxis.ca car delivery service work?
Once the paperwork is finalized and your selected vehicle has passed our 300-point quality control inspection, an Axis Advisor will confirm the delivery address and your availability for a delivery date and time that works for you.
On the day of delivery, you will be notified via email and text once your vehicle is on the way. You’ll recognize us when we pull up to your house by our friendly, green pick-up truck pulling a trailer behind it. Our cars are delivered by enclosed transport to provide the best possible service to our customers.
Once your fully sanitized vehicle arrives at your front door, you’ll be given a chance to look over your new purchase. After we check the applicant/buyer’s ID and documents (e.g. bill of sale or financing agreement) and all delivery documents are signed, the keys to your new car become yours!
When can I expect my vehicle to arrive?
Car delivery times will vary based on your location and the availability of your selected car. DriveAxis.ca can provide same day delivery in many cases, so please inquire about this feature.
Can I get the vehicle delivered to a different address than my home?
To serve the needs of our customers, DriveAxis.ca provides door-to-door service to any address convenient for you. The one condition we require is for all parties involved in the financing or purchase of the vehicle to be present at the delivery, and to have with them a valid government-issued photo ID.
Will my vehicle already be plated and registered?
Yes, your vehicle will arrive fully prepped, and is ready to be driven. In order to have your car plated and registered, customers need to provide all the names that the vehicle will be registered under in addition to the corresponding insurance policy.
By default, we will assign new plates, but if you’d like to use existing plates, let us know and we will make it happen!
What if I don’t like it? Can I return or exchange the car?
Yes! DriveAxis.ca offers customers complete peace of mind with our 7-Day Return or Exchange Guarantee. If for any reason you feel that this car isn’t exactly what you are looking for, you can get a return or exchange as long as you comply with our policy.
If you decide you don’t like the vehicle or wish to exchange it, you must advise us by 5 PM on the 7th calendar day following your vehicle’s delivery date, or before the car is driven 500 km, whichever comes first. Once you contact us to set up the return or exchange, you will be refunded the price you paid for the vehicle, minus the shipping/delivery fee.
